CONSTRUCTION NEWS

  • Charley's Market Eau Claire WisConstruction begins on Charly’s Market, a new 7300 sq. ft. neighborhood grocery store, due to open before the end of the year.

  • Pedals Plus Music is now open at now open at 313 Madison St. specializing in new and vintage musical instruments and accessories.
  • Parkside Pie and Ice Cream is under construction and opening soon at 331 Riverfront Terrace.
    UPDATE - Parkside Pie and Ice Cream is open for business as of Sept. 1, 2011.
  • Construction on 222 building is well underway and on schedule to a May 1st, 2011 opening.
  • November 12th, 2010 - 312 Building - Café Tempo is now open for business and Smiling Moose Deli is on schedule for a December opening.
  • 222 Building Eau Claire WisAugust 11th, 2010 - Building will start on new mixed-use building at 222 Wisconsin St. The new building will consist of 27 apartments and 7,000 s.f. of retail space.
  • July 2010 - 312 announces commercial space 100% occupied. Tenants include: Cost Cutters Hair Salon, Jeff Thompson Photography, Renatta Marie Clothing, and Café Tempo.
